50 for me. That includes Indy 500 practice and qualifying dates. Most of them down here in Texas, spread between three tracks. I have some pictures from all but two events (where I was told by the promoter not to show up if I intended to cover the two day event). I missed a couple of weekends for work, too. Of course what helps is that we have a long season here in Texas (February to December). Rain outs dropped my total down, too. This is the first time I ever counted how many in a year. I never thought about it before.

Lets see I hit Duquoin for the ARCA and Silver Crown, landed in Indy the day of the Hoosier and was on my way to the fairgrounds when it started rainin, All stars at Terre Haute for the fourth of July, Boswell for Sprint week, Couple of weekly shows here in JVille and Eldora for Fall Nationals, and couple of shows at my home track in Charleston, Illinois where Shane Cottle is the last track champion in the modified division not named Danny or Denny Schwartz and hell that was in 2000. Got in the car twice.... Total races 17 way down from even 07' when hell i was in boot camp from august on, in 07 i hit 43 in 7 months

whats sad is all i got for this year is the hoosier( barring rain) whatever is here in Jville or around this part of the country and Maybe the 4 crown or Fall Nationals.... Damn weddings why they gotta be so expensive....

i was able to make 36 shows at 10 different tracks. for an indiana fan that's not very much, but it's fairly respectible for a left coaster. 35 in california, 1 in nevada. tracks include: bakersfield (4), bullring at las vegas (1), calistoga (2), hanford (1), irwindale (4), orange show (1), perris (12), santa maria (1), ventura (9), and victorville (1).

Yeah, a couple of new tracks for me, too. Kamp, during Sprint Week, and Paragon were the Indiana tracks that I hadn't been to. Down here in Texas, it was Texana Raceway Park in Edna. Got to drive my rental around Winchester, though.
