USAC Terre Haute Motels 9-18 ?

Are group usually stays at the Super 8 or Days Inn right down from track and rate has been round $55 plus tax. Rooms there are $90 night for this weekend? Is there something special going on in area. I like to use Wyndham motels since I'm a rewards member, but we will take something nice that is clean and not break the bank. Thanks

Guess the USAC race is the "something special".

Could be something going on at ISU.

In addition to the ISU home game, Rose Hulman is having homecoming which also brings in several thousand people. The TH motels have jacked their rates for any of the local college homecoming for the last 40 years that I'm aware of. If you are going to go to Haubstadt on Sat. night I'd suggest going down to Vincennes for the night.

It must be something that just came up. I booked a room at The Super 8 just over a month ago and the rate was $71 including tax.
