Depends on where you live. Indiana appears to be nearly the last area with a big schedule. In Indiana you can run about 30 plus times a year.

Some of the older chassis are the best, as long as it's fairly lightweight. I'll pass the pic on to a longtime tq racer friend see if he recognizes it. Coil over rear is kinda rare except for pavement. Where's the car from do you know?
