No I believe they are in the process/talks of building a hotel downtown Kokomo to have the automotive museum there.

We used to camp a lot more than now, but North of Kokomo up by Peru, just North of US-24 and due West off of US-31 is Honey Bear Hollow. It used to be a Jellystone. Nice place to bunk down. They also have a disc golf course which I am pretty much sure you can just go there, pay a small fee, and "golf" without having to camp. Same with the swimming pool. Back when Grissom was a full blown operational Air Force base a lot of the military folks and families used to use the pool.

The place was (is still?) owned by a couple - Bob and Toni. Great people. On Sunday mornings Bob would fire up the outdoor flat stoves and make pancakes for all of the campers. On the house.

Smart money would be to call first and see if non-campers can pay to play/swim.
