To the King of IOW, Happy 40th Birthday. Don't worry about your back, neck, knees or hips hurting, that only gets worse the older you get. It is when your elbow starts to hurt that you need to worry.

That is why I am hoisting one in your honor right now.

Remember to keep the elbow limber and all else will be fine.
