Hello Everyone,

FINALLY, the ball is rolling and we can now accept donations that will go directly to Travis and the family to help with any needs they may have during this time.

As of today we can only accept mailed or in-person deposits to the: Travis Rutz and Family account. Internet payment is being set up, but it is not currently available. I will put it on this site as soon as I can.

Go to any Banner Bank they can contact our branch (Fairhaven Branch #217; Phone#:360.671.5722), with any questions (unfortunately Washington, Oregon, and Idaho locations only)

Mail Donations to:
Banner Bank
Attn: Mikala Gammell
1414 12th St
Bellingham, WA 98225

*It is secured mailing directly to the bank/myself.

Make checks payable to: Travis Rutz and Family or Travis Rutz

Thank you!

Mikala Gammell

I'm also pleased to announce that this Saturday at Willamette Speedway in Lebanon, OR the NorthWest Wingless Tour's sprint car and midget drivers will be going into the grandstands with their helmets to collect donations for the the Rutz Family. I'll personally count everything thing up and we'll announce the grand total prior to the last main event. Everything we collect will go to the special account at Banner Bank set up by my friends Mikala Gammell and Kaleb Hart.

This is Willamette's third attempt at racing in October and first with the IXL Metal Conditioner NorthWest Wingless Tour...now more than ever with this development, we're hoping the third time's the charm!

Thanks to everyone for their support of the Rutz Family.

Any updates on Travis? Per David Gravel's Facebook-Two compressed vertebrae. He saw Dr. Trammel in Indy yesterday and they decided surgery was not necessary. He does however have to wear a brace. He is done racing for 2009 but will be ready for FL in February 2010. He's on his way back to CT(he might even be here by now).
