Tomorrow night's "Jack Hewitt Classic" at Waynesfield now pays the largest purse in the event's history under BOSS sanction. North Baltimore Custom Cuts and LiUNA Local #574 each donated $1,000 to help make this happen. Then, Buckeye Machine donated $500 to increase the winner's share. THANK YOU!! Thats better than years ago when we were there for the Jack Hewitt race,and with thundershowers were approaching and lightning seen off in the distance,and they were running the Hornets first. One character in our party called the track,and said look off to the left and you will see the lightning headed this way,and Jack Hewitt never ran a Hornet......
