OT Motel rates

I was ready to reserve my room at my usual motel for the USAC Four Crown Nationals and discovered the rate has jumped from $97 to $149! All the motels in the area appeared to have raised their rates substantially.

That's a pretty big price increase. I'd try and see if booking a few weeks before the event or after see's the same increase. Just to see if they are trying taking advantage of the race fans and teams.

Go to hotels.com, there are several options in Sidney, piqua, Troy for less than 149.

I see a holiday inn and express Sidney for 119 on there but there are plenty of options for less.
