The Al Archdale Jr. Memorial Mini Sprint National event on Oct 1st at the Peoria IL Speedway is ready to go on Sat. Night. Peoria Speedway and the IL. Lightning Sprint Series co sanctioning this event will pay $1500 to win.Contingency sponsor ship from various sponsors has added to the challenge. Speedway Motors of Lincoln NE. has came on board with $500 in $50 award certificates. $50-Longest Tow $50 Hard Charger $50 Tough luck.{1st car that misses the transfer from b-main}
$50 Best appearing car $50 Promoters Choice $50 for 4 heat race winners $50 Overall fast Qualifier. Hoosier Tire Midwest of Springfiled IL.
5-$50 gift certificates. Keizer Aluminum Wheels 7-$50 off certificates
Rod End Supply-Olathe KS.4 certificates redeemable for 1 set of Birdcage Bearings. 20 certificates redeemable for $30.00 off any purchase {racer price}of $100 or more from Rod End Supply catalog.
Speed Partz -gift certifaicates and merchandise. The highest ILSS car will receive a full set of car numbers form CJ Signs of Peoria. Heat races are $100 with 1st.$50 2nd $30 3rd $20 sponsored by Daves Automotive-Bartonville IL, Myers Construction Lewistown IL and Erik's Floor Coverings of Brimfield IL. Top 3 in feature will receive trophies sponsored by The T-Shirt House of Pekin IL. Allen Automotive of E.Peoria will have Hoosier SP2 tires and alcohol available at the track.
Gates open at 3:30 with hot laps at 5:30 racing at 6pm. All mini sprints must go through pre tech. $50 entry fee at Gate and $30 pit pass.

spending the night Official Mini Sprint Nationals Hotel @$45 Grand Hotel & Conference Center 4400 N. Brandywine Dr. Peoria IL 1-309-686-8000. Just mention Peoria Speedway when making the reservation.

The track looks like a little shorter and much wider than Thunder Valley from the air I wonder what gear? Looks a lot faster.
