Twin Cities / Richmond Doubleheader Info

With only 3 of the first 8 scheduled races completed, BOSS now aims for a doubleheader weekend. Friday night, June 21st is the "Jason Soudrette Memorial" event at Twin Cities Raceway Park. Saturday, the tour returns to Richmond Raceway in Kentucky, the site of one of last season's most exciting main events!

Dallas Hewitt currently leads the way in the 2019 standings, but Matt Westfall has a win and a runner-up under his belt placing him 2nd in the current standings. Dustin Ingle, Justin Owen and Michael Fischesser round out the top 5.

This weekend's events begin the 2019 Hoosier only - 4 corner tire rule. The tire rule is open to ANY Hoosier Race Tire.

On Friday at Twin Cities Raceway Park in North Vernon, Indiana, we will honor the memory of Jason Soudrette. Jason ran both events when BOSS kicked off in 2011 at then K-C Raceway (Atomic Speedway) and Wayne County Speedway. He was always vocal and a proud supporter of our race tour. We are proud to have his event back on our schedule in 2019.

Gates will open at 3 pm Friday at Twin Cities with hot laps at 6 pm and racing at 7. General admission will be $20 with pit passes $35. Transponder rental will be $5 and mufflers are NOT needed. On Saturday at Richmond, pit gates will open at 1 pm with hot laps at 5 pm. General admission is $20 with kids 12 and under free. Pit passes are $35 with kids 6-12 just $15 in the pit area. Transponder rental will be $10 and again, NO mufflers required. Both events are the standard $1500 to win / $250 to start programs. Complete payout is: 1500, 900, 700, 600, 500, 450, 400, 375, 350, 325, 300, 290, 280, 270, 260, 250, 250, 250, 250, 250. There are also 6 bonus awards worth $50 each per night along with heat race pay for the top 4 finishers. Please thank our sponsors listed below for the help with the heat and bonus money.

Due to the already overly saturated grounds and the forecast for more rain tonight and tomorrow, after consulting with the teams who have to come from Pennsylvania and Western Ohio for the BOSS Series, we are going to go ahead and make the call to cancel tomorrows events.

We figure with the advance notice it will give teams in all divisions a chance to take a break or head out and race tomorrow night somewhere else.

We will be back in action on July 6th with the Mark Clark Memorial.
