Former Indianapolis Speedrome announcer Kevin O'Neal {Kevin Lillard} passed away on November 8. He was also an announcer for the NAMARS midget series.

I always liked him as an announcer at the Speedrome. He had a smooth style and was well informed about the participants. To me his voice was the Speedrome.

Talked to him at a couple HARF events. Interesting guy who was a great voice for Speedrome and NAMARS midgets. RIP Kevin
