This Friday will be the season finale for Gas City I-69 Speedway with the Jack Himelick Fall Finals. We will have Non-Wing Sprints, Modifieds, Street Stocks, Thunder Cars and the USAC Ignite Midgets. We will also have the awards presentation for the 2012 track champions: Billy Puterbaugh, Jr. (Sprints), Derek Losh (Modifieds), Lee Hobbs (Street Stocks) and Jason Shrout (Thunder Cars). Rain date for this will be October 5. Also wanted to mention to those coming to the races Friday night, this weekend is James Dean Days in Fairmount and Ducktail Run in Gas City. There will be a lot of extra traffic.

We're camping this week but I plan to be there Friday. Do I need to comb my hair a special way ?

Yeah and be sure to use oil pryor to combing!

Just spoke with the track at 12:30 and they are working the track and everything is a go for tonight. As long as they don't get any r*** we should be good to go on schedule.

Any sprint car count?
I kno that Ballou is not coming and Darland is in the 71P.
