DR Russell Simpson

Sad News To pass along/ DR Russell Simpson of Colorado has passed away/ when ever there was a big race at Erie or Rocky Mountain Speedway he would have a helicopter at the ready USAC,WOO,ETC/he was a good friend of most all of the local Colorado racers, teams, mechanics and fans and many Belleville competitors. I know he and Johnny Parsons JR were good friends. RIP Russ!

Rip doc ,,yep he was always at the colorado tracks and Bellville, think the last time I seen him was at the last silvercrown dirt race at indy,,
