Can anyone explain to me how Courtney finished +9 while Windom finished +14, yet Sunshine received the Hard Charger Award? I must be missing something. Higher finishing position?

Windom used a provisional so was not eligible for the Hard Charger award.

I think the same thing happened to Grant at DuQuoin a couple of years ago. Could be wrong though.
