Making my first trip ( about 4 hour drive) to 34 Raceway in West Burlington, Iowa on Saturday.

Couple of questions
1. How is the racing with sprint cars on that track or just racing in general there?
2. How is the food there at the track?
3. Is there a best place to sit at watch the race or is it good from any part of the stands?
4. Anything else that is recommended while at the track?

Thanks in advance.

2024 Season: Race 1 - April 20th Brownstown (Crate LM). Unlike many I don't discriminate on what racing I choose to watch.

Living 5 miles from the track you'd have all the answers, but since non wings and midgets are infrequent visitors I don't get here often. That said the only thing wrong with the place not enough non wing action. Glad to see new ownership has opened the door to that by bringing in USAC. If you like the place come back in September for the WAR show!

The track itself reminds me of north Vernon Indiana without a wall in 1&2. I sit fairly low as the stands are set back a bit. Not a bad seat in the house though. Track prep is usually decent and I've seen it great once when they really dug it up a lot. Racing has been pretty good but haven't seen a barn burner yet. Overall I don't think you'll be disappointed.
