The official rollout was last weekend but we have to announce that along with the upcoming - First Annual Bill Gardner Sprintacular, we now have vanilla, chocolate, and strawberry soft serve ice cream!

Plus, chocolate/vanilla swirl and strawberry/vanilla swirl!

It seemed to be a big hit with everyone!

Our Ice Cream Shack is on the turn 4 side of the concession stand where the old novelty stand was!

My driver has only raced 5 times in the non-wing sprint car (12 years of other types of racing) I see that MSCS will allow you to purchase a "temporary license" to participate in single events but that they have "rookie" determinations to make as to if you can race. Is this going to be an issue that should keep us from driving almost 3 hours? If not we will race at Putnamville on Friday night.

It's unclear as to USAC's stance on "temporary lincense" and on a "rookie" driver. Can anybody help on these??? We would like to spend our friday and saturday at Putnamville and then go on to Kokamo on Sunday....but may have to go to Bloomington and Twin Cities if these things are going to be an issue.

You can race on the temp. with MSCS. The rookie status is for season points as a rookie. Call the USAC office for their answer. Hope to see you Friday and Saturday.

MSCS allows the purchase of a Temporary Permit for $20.00 This is accumulative towards the purchase of a $75 license. If you purchase 2 Temporary Permits then decide to purchase a License, it will only cost you $35.00 (75.00 - 40.00).
I will check with USAC and post what I find out from them.
