We Illinois race fans have suffered yet another setback at the hands of the powers that be:

At this point, I am done in hoping there will be any racing in Illinois this year and quite possibly next year also. The mile dirt's will sit quiet this year, all the hard work that track promoters have put into their facilities, all the work teams and drivers have put into car will be for nothing in 2020.

Stick a fork in Illinois, we are done.
