Watching today's NASCAR show in N.H. and the yellow flys around lap 165 for "debris" which they never showed. I don't watch a lot of fender cars, but I am curious to know if the "debris caution" is as common in other forms of racing, or is a TV thing. I prefer to watch a race, and believe NASCAR to be a show with yellows and penalties thrown around to favor one driver or team at that particular time for a particular reason. Do any of you know of other series that throw the mysterious yellows?
Before you judge, I am watching the show because the father in law came to visit and likes NASCAR (did manage to get him a couple sprint races again this year), and keeping him happy keeps my wife happy. Which keeps her off my back!

I believe if folks got out of the house on a race night and saw just how good the local dirt track racing is, and how affordable it is to most fans, most of us on the message board would have a hard time getting the good seats cause the stands would be full. Johnny, you have been around a while, is this "phoney yellow" a new thing for TV, or has it always been around in some form?

its called restacking the deck, re-racking the balls (before the game is over)/ a shortlived attempt of trying to make this seem exciting and make it resemble a race
