Have done the first half now coming out for the second half this year. Driving out for Terre haute so will at the last 4 races. Looking for good eating spots and and maybe some good attractions along the way between tracks. Niece mentioned go-kart tracks were on her list of fun, so any good ones along the way. or any info you might feel helpful pass it along.

Thanks.

Pit Stop BBQ in Brownsburg, a full sized midget IN the restaurant with all racing decor and the best bbq you ever had. Sunday morning brunch is the best and you can get a custom waffle made by Dave Rose, Pete's little brother.

Try the Log Inn restaurant a couple miles south of Haubstadt one mile east of Hwy. 41. See sign by truck stops where you turn. Oldest eatery in the state - Ol' Abe Lincoln himself stopped in for a beer - and the food is served family-style with fried chicken, taters and gravy, corn, peas, slaw, etc. Get there at 4 pm when they open and you'll be out in plenty of time to hit the track 5 minutes away. By 4:30 a line will be starting. Very good food, a fun place and a bit of history. You can also get roast beef, fish and a few other things if you don't want chicken but the chicken is to die for. Casual dress.

I love doing what Flatrightrear said OR head north about 5 minutes from TSS to Fort Branch for almost world famous Sandy's pizza. It is the best pizza around. We also have a great BBQ joint in Evansville, Hickey Pit Stop melt in your mouth
