Down tube added chassis

I've got a late 80's to early 90's originally non down tube chassis that the PO added down tubes to. I'm not really sure of any specifics on the chassis, it was sold to me and I'm going to assume driven at one point as a mini sprint because there as a few scuffs and dings on the side of the cage where it looks like a chain hit nicked it. That being said I'm pretty sure that it originally started life as a midget. I'm looking to get it out of my garage as I've found a roller to buy as opposed to building from scratch. I'd like to get $300 out of it but I'm not firm on the price.
