Although Phil was laid to rest shortly after his passing, we delayed a memorial service waiting for things to get "back to normal" so that we could celebrate Phil in a way that honored him appropriately. With vaccinations on the rise and gatherings now being allowed, we have planned his memorial for Saturday, May 22, 2021 at 1 p.m. at Grant Memorial Park Mausoleum, 1606 W 26th St, Marion, Indiana. We are requesting casual attire with "race attire" welcomed in honor of Phil's love of the sport! Please feel free to spread the word so that those who wish to attend to honor Phil and to support Shirley will have the information.
