Pennsboro, WV coming back with a new short track! N/W Sprint

The legendary Pennsboro Speedway located in Pennsboro, West Virginia is coming back to life under Barry Brawn and XR. Barry has a 5 year contract with the Richie County Fairgrounds to run the revitalized track which is being shortened to about a 1/4 mile or so.

There will be light  at Pennsboro Speedway. Test run of the new LED system that will be similar for the big track. According to lore when the lights were on (in the handful of races lights were used) the racing was magic, as well.

2024 Pennsboro Speedway Schedule

April 20 - Mountain Blossom 50 with 602 Late Models and Steel Block Late Model Series

May 25-27 - Race of Regions with Super Late Models

July 4-6 - 410 Wing Sprints and Non-Wing Sprints

August 3 - Throwback Night with 604 Late Models and Modifieds

October 24-26 - Mason-Dixon 100 with XR Super Series Late Models

The 4th of July races will probably conflict with Pennsylvania Sprint Week.
