A tually Don I do race and I have paid for equipment. I know exactly what it costs to race each night and I know how much it costs to build a car. It's dirt racing, you never know what you are going to get. Like I said no one has a gun to your heads and says you must race. People in Indiana complain about our track condidtions soooooooo much! Raced in PA for a week and didnt hear one person complain about the track conditions. I have ran on a rough track before is it ideal? No! But if you want it perfect and smooth every time put slicks on it and go pavement racing!
Don't build a super lightweight car that can last on rougher track condidtions and then it won't break so easy. This isn't F1.
Actually bob I want safest conditions possible especially with all of the unfortunate accidents lately and expect better from track promoters and tired of excuses week after week
Hey Don the track is rough but it is racey. The fans would much rather have a race like this than hugging pull around the bottom and rubbered down. If it wasn't for the fans you wouldn't be here anyway. The last sprint car race here was the most boring race I have ever seen.
