One of the drives of the night was T-Mez in the A-Main. Started on the tail after pulling into the work area before start for a problem with the car and then coming through the field for a seventh place finish.
Congrats to Lee Underwood on his big victory. Lee has ventured over to Indiana for a few years to run with the best. This education paid off with a convincing seventh to first drive against tough competition. Kudos to WRP as their water tractor went down in the afternoon delaying track prep, a brief shower added 45 minutes to the show, and multiple unfortunate mini sprint red flags took its toll on the timing of the program. Thanks to WRP for soldiering on resulting in a memorable 2018 Jack Hewitt Classic!
