Crowd was great. Pretty much full house. Racing was outstanding as usual at DuQuoin. T Mez and Leary had a 15 or so lap stretch where they swapped the lead in a slider battle. Leary lost it on his own and spun. After that T Mez walked away from the field. Even before Bell broke T Mez was hanging with him.

the highlights looked amazing... what a battle between TMez and Leary. If Gateway can figure out the dirt with running both the midgets and the lates, gonna be nice to have two very good indoor shows in December in the future

That sums it up real well in one paragraph. I too thought it was a very good show. I think every midget race I have seen this year has been. Might be the best season in years. Car counts are up more than any more division, and I don't remember better quality. Chomping at the bit for 2019.

I already bought my tickets for the March DuQuoin show. I expect someone to take a crack at the 50k from the tail.

We had a great time at DuQuoin last night. The racing was really good and the program moved along nicely (although, they could start hot laps at 2pm and we wouldn’t be sad about that).

Was great to see so many friends we hadn’t seen since October (seems way longer than that).

Scary situation with KTJ hitting the gate and it swinging open. Hope no one was hurt.

We hope everyone has a safe & blessed holiday season and we’re already looking forward to the 2019 season!

I did the PPV and thought it was a excelllent show, As always at Duquoin. One thin glaringly obvious with the non points thing was the absence of KKR.

Would like to see St.Louis get a berm around the bottom to eliminate those huge tires down there.
