One of the coolest things about tracks without a wall, such as Bloomington, Putnamville, and espically Spoon River in Canton Il, is watching the fast guys run on top of the track, over the top edge. I once watched Jay Drake put on a clinic at Canton running with his RR over the top edge of the track. He was flying in the turns with only one wheel in the dirt, the others were all in the air. Couldn't do that with a wall.
I know its not possible at all tracks, but most of the time the outside wall does way more harm than good... Posted via Mobile Device |
