I really enjoyed my first trip to the Leffler Memorial. Nice track, really good racing, first time winner, and got to see a lot of people to close out the outdoor season for me.

We had an awesome time as well. The weather was good, plenty of sunshine and visiting with great race friends. Glad I was there to supervise this time. 😎

Great show. Was my first visit to Wayne County. Kudos to USAC for a quick show as it wasn't getting any warmer as the evening wore on. Was back in Chatham at 11:00pm.

Did anything more come of the Robinson vs Klaasmeyer dustup in the pits? From my view, Klaasmeyer gave back what he got. Robinson ran him to the wall a couple laps before the final lap dustup.

I agree on the quick show. I was back in Kokomo by 2:30, and that's after losing an hour. Also agree on your view of the incident. When people race that hard on a small track there is always going to be people mad. I think they both should have been mad. lol Almost forgot, thanks MC Rider for the chili.

Dan , Good to see you, Wildman92, ronmil, mc/rider, Chief Yahoo, Funk, Jim Goerge and several other IOW supporting lunatics.

Beautiful day at the ole ballpark. The tailgating there just seems better than most tracks due to its intimate setting. I think the cool weather and Sunday evening hurt the crowd just a bit. Lotsa good cars and Good Racing, beating and banging and you had better not wait for that opening , just go for it. Track prepped nicely and held up well IMHO. Not sure when USAC planning on using those Safety Lights that they have on all the cars?? I would certainly like to hear an interview once in a while. Nice way to end up the outdoor 18 season. Hopefully they pulled in some $ for the Leffler Foundation. Cheers!

Good to put some faces with IOW names. Hope to see y’all next season.
