A Good Friend

I have thought about this for a while. I was not going to say anything because my friend told me he did not want to be treated any different. But the #1 Dick from Gas City and Kokomo needs everybody's prayers. And everyone that knows him does not have a better friend.

He had a bout a couple years ago. Like that time. I pray that he'll bounce back.

He'll definitely get a prayer from me. You're not going to meet a better man at any race track, than Dick Terrell. A lot of people, when they tell you something, maybe it'll turn out to be true, maybe it won't. When Dick tells you something, you can take it to the bank. I've always been honored to have him as a friend.

Dick has been a good friend and a great race fan. I believe he would do anything for you if you had a need. He has been to the wall before and bounced back. I'm hoping he'll come back from this.

I hadn't saw Dick since last fall, but I had the pleasure of visiting with him at TSS a couple of weeks ago, have to admit that what he shared with me caught me totally by surprise. I asked him if there was anything he needed and he said all I want to do is see as many races that I can this summer. He is in our daily thoughts and prayers as are some others that have battles to fight.

I haven't had the pleasure of meeting Dick, but he'll sure have prayers from me. Keep fighting the fight Dick , I can really relate to seeing as many tracks as you can this summer , I hope to do the same

I talked to him the other day. He was in good spirits, and said he didn't want everyone to worry about him. Still the same as the first time I met him.
