They layed out the track in one day with barriers and dirt and plan a test, NOT OPEN TO THE PUBIC on Tuesday.

Doug Boles gets it. If a final product is put together correctly (track layout/surface and events), I don't see how it's not a positive. And, it won't take away any space needed in May.

Reminds me of my favorite movie ever. Just before shooting the sheriff in the movie Unforgiven, Clint Eastwood says just before pulling the trigger. " Deserves got nothing to do with it ".

Do people even read articles anymore? It's a 3/16 (much bigger than Bankers Life, though). It's a test. It's for a publicity event. If they ever do it for real (here's hoping), it will be bigger, with more banking and proper catch fencing. Think of it as a scale model, a feasibility study. Jeez.

Double check before you go, but I heard USAC is running their big block big car series there tonight.

Yep, You Hoosiers.
Got it made when it comes to real race cars, plenty of nonwing shows to check out.
Pretty sure theres exactly zero nonwing sprintcar races in PA this weekend and 50 other weekends. Which means there are no sprintcar races in PA what so ever, inless your guys are here racing.
Racing in PA and NY blows compared to what you guys have. I would literally consider myself living in heaven if I had a Kokomo or (name your favorite track here) nearby.

Beauty is in the eye of the beholder. I've always lived in Indiana, but I enjoy dirt late models more than any other class. Unfortunately there are only a handful of late model races in my area each year.

Like Zoolander, lol. It's a scale model, but it needs to be bigger.
