I just talked to Monica. They did have a pretty good rain this morning, but she said they're working the track and the sun is trying to come out. Sounds like the crew is proceeding there like they plan on racing tonight.

Looking at the radar most of the heavy stuff seems to be along I-70 and south. If nothing else develops, I believe that it will be a go. I will let you know around 11:00 PM if I passed my metrological test or not.

I just called the track at noon and they said if nothing "pops up" the show is a Go! Radar to the west looks good.

The 2 PM weather update looks good for racing. Most all of the rain has moved out of the area and as long it stays cloudy and overcast, it should be a very good track. Looking forward to seeing some midget & sprint action.

No wonder I have always failed that test. Oh well, I never claimed to be the sharpest knife in the drawer.
