The change to Central Time does not occur until you get down by Mommoth Cave (west of Louisville). Indiana used to not go on Daylight Savings Time so they would always be an hour behind. That changed around 5 years ago.

Does anybody know if they ever got done with the construction on 135 N coming from I64?

Yes. They are done with the construction on 135.
