Cole Bodine will be taking over Justin Grant’s midget ride for CMR Racing.

Bodine has been in three USAC races. Took 2nd in first race on 7/15 in Missouri. Didn’t make feature at Indy and took 12th at Leffler Memorial. Plus 2nd at Kokomo Klash local show, so he is pretty good and not just a mechanic.

Raced 2 POWRi events, missed feature and 9th.

Ballou has a post up on twitter of a post that Grant made. It says it is immediate. He has a ride for rest of 2018 in someone else's equipment.

I'm guessing there were meetings after the weekend in Cali & his run ins with Courtney.

He also sounds like he is taking his portion of the NOS sponsorship with him.

No relation to the Bodine's of NASCAR. Cole is a great young man who has a passion for this sport second to none. He comes from a great family and has busted his rear end to get where he is now. Hopefully he can continue to impress and lock down a full ride for next season!
