November 28 - 30, 2014 at the Indiana State Fairgrounds:

The Auction

We have almost reached the cut-off point for lot numbers..... Sale is almost full!! Over 1,000 lot numbers are already consigned. Hurry ... you don't want to miss this opportunity!

Doors open at 8:00 AM - Auction starts at 10:00 AM.
There will be a wide array of good, quality race car parts.

If you pre-consign, you will receive one free admission to the show and one parking pass for the State Fairgrounds. Admission is $5.00 a day.

Consignments will be taken on Wednesday November 26, 2014 from 12 PM – 8:00 PM and again on Thursday November 27, 2014, 9 AM - 5:00 PM

The Trade Show

We are excited to have added Vendors this year to our show! We have purposefully limited the number of Vendors to allow more time for you to visit each Vendor and for the Vendors to have more one-on-one time. Vendor space is limited.

If you wish to be a vendor, we will also promote your product and your company on our website.

This show continues to grow year after year and since we have expanded to a much larger building, we would like to welcome you to be a part by having a Vendor booth at the show.

Vendors, Patrons and Auction attendees will be in the same building. Everyone entering the show will pass through the Vendor area. This is a show where you will not only be able to SHOWCASE your product but SELL your product as well.

We are very excited and look forward to having you as a Vendor! The cost to participate is as follows:

10 x 10 booth space $60.00
Table Rental (8’ tables) $10.00
Table Rental Day of Show $15.00
Electric (must be reserved) $25.00
Pipe & Drape per 10 x 10 space $25.00

Time for another update regarding the Thanksgiving Sale!! We are only 11 days away from the starting day!

The big announcement is that the Sale is officially full!! We have a total of 1,675 pre-consigned lots to sell this year and we hope you’ll join us to see all of the great items we have available!

A note to any Consignors, please be aware that you can start to bring your consignments on Wednesday Nov. 26 and Thurs. Nov 27 from 9:30 am – 6:00 pm.

And finally we have two more vendors to add to the list from our last update:

KRJ Race Products will have a Booth at this years Show. Plan to stop by and do some Christmas Shopping or at least get some orders in for 2015. We will have HANS, BELL & STILO HELMETS, SCHROTH BELTS and we are now a Dealer for CROW Enterprizes line of Seat Belts Arm Restrains and more.
