Here's a few shots of the Birdcages, taken as I disassembled the car; the first is the right birdcage, showing the outboard side. The caliper mount bolts to the outside and registers on the bearing retainer ring. second shot is the left bare cage, indicating where the "dogbone" torsion arm link was mounted, in the rearmost of the 3 mounting points. shot 3 is of the right side, showing the torsion arm had been mounted in the center hole.

Here's a couple of shots of the chassis as it was being torn down; they're the best pics of the rear axle setup I have. Unfortunately they don't show how the torsion arms mount to the birdcages, but somewhere in your boxes of parts there should be a couple of oval aluminum machinings with two spherical bearings pressed in a couple of inches on center, kinda like a two-headed rod end. One end bolts to one of the torsion arm mounting points and the other attaches to the cage in one of the 3 mounting holes. When your rear is all squared up you should have those links as close to perpendicular to the ground as you can get them. Be careful that you don't have it too close to the axle, as it will cause a bind; I can't use the first hole in my cages, it gets too tight to the axle tube.
As far as the motor mount goes, mine wouldn't help; you have a motor plate that takes a separate mount, and mine are welded to the crossmembers. Take a look at Speedpartz.com; they have some good shots of their motor mounts, which is probably more like your setup.
