Merrill, would that be Tom and Larry Goad? I do remember them at the Burg they had some pretty good runs.

What about USAC midget and supermodified driver Wes Stafford from the Vincennes area? Drove the 39 car for Blackie Fortune.

Awesome pictures Sawdust!! Never got to see Allen race but have known him for quite a few years. Actually worked for him doing landscaping one year. He kept me busy everyday!! Also neat to see older pictures of the Law Brothers. Awesome family and I was very privileged to drive for them as long as I did.

Jr. Smalley in the #4. Last time I talked to his son Chris Jr. was living in the Indy area, retired and babysitting grand kids.
