Since I believe that it's important to honor those important to us while they're still with us, I would like to say this:

D.O., thank you, from the bottom of my heart, for putting your blood, sweat, and tears in to bringing enjoyment to the lives of open-wheel fans all across the world. You have made all of our lives better for you being on this Earth- thank you for that. You are the epitome of one of my favorite phrases: "Time you enjoy wasting is not wasted time at all.".

An all around great guy. I have never had a bad time hanging out with Danny Laycock. He is one of the finest slot car racers in the State of Indiana. We had an absolute ball messing around at Indy Slots West in the early 2000's. A great group of "racers" even if in scale. Whenever I would run into him at countless race tracks across this state and others, always a quick hello and some inside info he thought I needed to know prior to the event. He was a pioneer in bringing our form of motorsports into our living rooms and we are all better for it.

Love ya' D.O.
