We wanted to thank all the fans staff and drivers who helped us out after the accident on June 3. First the EMS team who carefully extracted the driver and made the call to bypass the local hospitals and transport to Butterworth in Grand Rapids where he received excellent care from the trauma team
To the drivers who helped load our trailer after they got the car to a state where it would roll. I’ve heard that there were several teams working on this.
To the series’s GLSS and Boss for staying in contact during and after.
To people who reached out to us. Most of which we didn’t even know
To the fans in the stands who so generously reached in their pockets as drivers walked the stands with their helmets
I’m sure I’m forgetting someone and I apologize
I sincerely thank each and everyone of you. Race people are truly a tight community
