My thoughts exactly. I hope for Joe's sake and everyone else that this works out. DA still owns the place and part of the admission price goes to him in lease fees. The future will tell the tale.

The improvements look great and that alone should help put some butts in the seats.

I'm hoping to swing by there this evening and see if I can catch up to some of the guys and maybe get some photos and perhaps an interview if Joe is there and has time.
