I saw him race and win many times. Most memorable is the Ted Horn he won at DuQuoin. It was the only time my dad and I went to DuQuoin together. I hope he's shaking Tony's hand right now.

May God Speed 'Tony Elliott'..Thouhgts and Prayers to Tony's Loved ones and all the other Familys!!..you always brought smiles to others when you crossed their paths with Your Big contagious SMILE!!..that had to be one of your secrets to keeping you still so young looking!!..You always seemed to have time to talk to your Fans!!..so we enjoyed when you came up into the stands (PIR, Perris) to watch the events, and talking about who's who in what Car!!...thanks for those times!!...
