The 2015 edition of the extravaganza known as the "No Way Out 40" Tribue to Jesse Hockett will take place on Saturday night March 28th at the Brownstown Speedway. This event has taken on its own aura in the early season in the state of Indiana in the Non Winged Sprint Car division. Last year, 52 teams unloaded on a Sunday afternoon in Brownstown, IN for the privilege to honor the "Rocketman". Bryan Clauson of Noblesville, IN took home the victory in the 2014 running of the event over Jon Stanbrough, Brady Short, Tyler Courtney, and Jordan Kinser. The event will once again pay $7,500 to win and $400 to start. There will be NO ENTRY FEES!!! Just show up, pay your pit pass, and hit the track! Also in action will be the UMP Modifieds vying for a $1,000 to win - $100 to start main event. And the UMRA King of the TQ Midgets to complete the all open wheel event.

Hot laps will start at 6PM with Qualifying directly after. General admission is $25; Pit passes are $15 on top.

This was a long drive to make it since we went on Saturday and Sunday since it was raining but well worth it. I plan to try to make it back if work allows.

Does anyone know who to contact regarding tickets for this show? Havent been to Brownstown in a long time, are there reserved seats or is the typical blanket fiesta that starts a week before? Also any good suggestions for close places to stay and things to do in the area?

You pay when you enter the fairgrounds. No reserved. Seating won't be a problem.

Go, have fun.

Last year I arrived about an hour before hot laps and pretty much had my pick of seats in the grandstands under the covering. The uncovered bleachers were filling up quickly though. They have an all you can eat Mexican food buffet restaurant in Brownstown. I stopped there once, the food is pretty good.

Hotels near by are in Seymour 10 minutes to the East. Seymour has some good restaurants The Flying Pig BBQ on 2nd street in Seymour is excellent. All you can eat fish in Brownstown on Friday night at michies is good.
