I agree that it was a nice day, big crowd, and the midgets were pretty good, although few in number. Cottle was outstanding, at least until the last caution. I supported THAT in all their races this year, but never again when they are running mods. They managed to turn a 20 lap race into what seemed like 50 by letting them joust for 20th place under yellow. Why can't they just STOP these guys on the main stretch and send them out one by one in the correct position? :headbang They do that at the track I attend in FL each winter and it works perfectly!!! The only mod race that interested me was the heavily advertised Celebrity Race and I never heard it mentioned nor did it occur unless it happened prior to the mods first hot lap session.
