Since Schrader and Newman are both in driving suits, my guess would be this was take at IRP (ORP) last week during the Silver Crown show

The saddest thing I see about this picture is DD not being in a driving suit with a top notch ride at that race at IRP.
How could he not have a ride in a USAC Silver Crown car race?

You are correct. It was taken at Lucas Oil Raceway Park last Thursday. I wonder how many race wins between that group? We won't even get into beer consumption!
