I specialize in Ohio stuff but I also dabble in surrounding states. There’s literally been hundreds of tracks in Indiana. Same for Ohio. Allan did a great job considering he was covering pretty much all of North America.

But he DID miss a lot. Literally about 50 tracks in Ohio he is missing. I’d guess he’s missing 50-100 in Indiana too.

Problem is, in the 30’s, “junkyard derbies” (jalopy stock cars) and midget races could literally pop up and disappear within a few weeks. Those Tracks were primitive, but they count.

Yes agree. Sometimes I would find a program that showed a track had started earlier than thought and I would pass along. We have been friends 30-35 years

Columbus Speedway, closed in 1958. Just off State Road 7, a little southeast of town.

Seems like Shelby, Decatur and Jefferson Counties all have tracks suitable for TQs.
