I guess I thought they would do something really special, like they did the BC 39 Victory Circle.

It would seem better to recognize DD at a bigger event next year with more fans in attendance. I wasn’t at the Klash but have attended in the past and typically a relatively small crowd.

It was a small crowd this time as well, cold weather, high school football in sectionals and chance of rain im sure kept people away.

First he came out and made one lap by himself. Then the other cars came out and he led the pack around like a parade lap. It was a very emotional sight.
And Rob Goodman said some very nice words during the driver's meeting too! Robert Ballou said some really nice things from victory lane also. The O'Conners and Kokomo Speedway!
