Chili Bowl web site

Curious, does anyone know who does the www.chilibowl.com website? Although the site itself looks fine, if you google "chili bowl" the first addresses that google shows are the chilibowl.com ones. However, according to google, "this site may be harmful..."

Here's the result you get when clicking on the google results

So if anyone knows, I'd like to let the site owners know so that they can correct it.
