Im putting up for sale some 1999 Infiniti IRL heads. They have a 112mm bore spacing and the plan was to build a DOHC midget engine using a Gaerte or Fontan block. I thought this would make for an interesting Chili Bowl engine. (If the IRL could make 175hp per liter, a 2.7 Could make 420-430hp or possibly more)

Im told that these will spin above 12,000rpm and will run at 11,000rpm "all day". The IRL set an rpm limit of between 10,750 and 10,500 and i think they were pretty reliable at this rpm.

The heads come with all of the valves and buckets but will probably need new springs. Im including the cross plane cams which if used as a 4cylinder will need to be copied since the firing order is different.

I am located in California but will be in Indianapolis over Christmas. If anyone is interested in looking at these I will do my best to work something out.

I'd like to get $3000 for both but i'd listen to trades to help me build any midget engine. Would also listen to offers to split them up.

Thanks,
Grant
