u should feel lucky how about the racers they dont get a dime and look what it cost them. there probably hoping for rain cause someone just made a bus load of money and dont have to pay out any of the purse money. win some lose some thats how it goes

See the thread "Thank You Kokomo", this discussion was had yesterday. According to Mr. Shuman the promoter can't just keep the money.
