So I read this morning a quote from Thomas after a strong second place run las night in Tulsa. I’m not saying it’s verbatim but this is what I saw. “I wanted to push him out of the way, but that’s not the way you race” referring to Larson running first. I want to say kudos to him for thinking that way. T Mez was patient when required and fast all night. I couldn’t help but think if everyone thought this way we might have a different midget champion

I agree, props to T-Mez for not moving Larson. He definitely had the chance to a few times, and I think he was faster than Larson. It's just a shame the track went single lane, I think it would have been a great side by side race with T-Mez up top.

Things might have been different if only the winner got transferred to the A main on Saturday but knowing he had a spot running 2nd he played it safe.

T Mez is a showman and a great racer. He strikes me as a pro that don’t run you dirty. Just a good hard racer.

I predict in the not so distant future one of these "young guns" is going to get an etiquette lesson Bob Kinser Style!

With all due respect, by whom? Bob Kinser and Jack Hewitt aren't signing into the back gate any longer.

I thought the bigger issue with Thomas's quote was going to be the notion that his "girlfriend" wasn't old enough to get into Lennies.

I heard his girlfriend quote and thought typical TMez. I didn't know if he was serious or just joking about her age. I just remember last year and his dramatic Sat night entrance.
