I know there has been some concern with the announcement of a support class at this year's event... I just wanted to say that I also remember the debacle of the support class from 2016 and I am not looking to repeat that! I am confident micros will be a positive addition to the Shamrock Classic. We (myself and USAC) put a lot of thought into this and how to do it in the best way possible!

I am, first and foremost, a race fan, so my ultimate goal is to put on an enjoyable, efficient show for all you fans! THANK YOU for your continued support of the Shamrock Classic.

Event Schedule:

11:30 – Micro Drivers Meeting

12:00 – Micro Hot Laps
Micro Heat Races (10 laps)

3:00 – Midget Drivers Meeting

4:00 – Midget Hot Laps
Micro B Mains (12 laps)
(Break for Track Prep)
Midget Heat Races (10 laps)
(Break for Track Prep)
Midget C Main (10 laps)
Midget Qualifying Races (12 laps)
Micro Feature (30 laps)
(Break for Track Prep)
Midget B Mains (15 laps)
(Break for Track Prep)
Midget Feature (50 laps)

I can’t make it that day but having been there before I know this will be a great show. I’m sure having a support class makes fhe financials work a lot better and the schedule you have laid out will work great. I plan to go this December and next March.
