Mark your calendars now!!! June 26th, Friday night under the lights at Charleston Speedway. It's been over 30yrs since national midgets have graced the Speedway and this time they're bringing the WAR Sprint car series with them. Lucas Oil WAR Sprint cars and Lucas Oil Midgets will invade the hallowed stock grounds for the "Dueces Wild", sanctioned by POWRi. We will also have The Charleston Speedway Limited Late Model cars as well.
It will be a show you wont want to miss. Tickets are on sale now....BE THERE as history rewrites itself! I guarantee you wont regret it!!

Deuces Wild at Charleston Speedway on Friday, June 26th. Online tickets will be sold until the morning of the event with the remaining tickets being sold at the track.

I recently saw that ,and the next night at Haubstadt for the midgets from memory. I've been by there a couple times,but havent seen a race there. Might have to go for a new track.

Doubt I'll see the racing family there. They dont cross the State line into Illinois for any racing events.......

I think you are right, Jim. They must be Illinois Public Enemies # 1 and 2....

Now the ice cream eating racing family I have seen in Illinois at great racing events before.

I looked again and both WAR and POWRi midgets will be at both venues that weekend.

Have fun and enjoy all the great things that we all love. Hopefully that we can make it across the Indiana, Illinois state lines sometime soon. We have canceled our racing road trip of the year for hitting the California sprint week racing events this year. Might have to hit a weekend racing events over there. LOL.

We will be there on Friday at Charleston. Looking forward to seeing WAR sprints and POWRi midgets run that little bullring. Should be a good show with only one other local division.
